Ok, so I am thinking about do something like this. Now this console is from a Grand Cherokee but all I wanted was the one peace and will be cutting this into my stock overhead console. These pictures are just so you get the idea and this is just a fast photoshop. I am hoping to get two switches on the frount and two switches on the back of the "new" area.

Now I have not started this since I don't have any switches yet but when I find some that will fit I was thinking about doing this for the roof lights and some upper fourway flashers. What do you all think?

 

Sounds cool, I cant wait untill I have to "search" for real estate for switches and alike

 

Great... i've got 7 or so switches from my WJ i've yet to install in my ZJ... looks like i just found prime real estate for them!
