Unhappy New to Jeeps forum XJ bent axle question

Hi everyone, I just purchased a 92XJ with a 3" Rusty's lift and 31's. I have been researching for an XJ quite awhile now, and when purchasing this one I new I would be swapping out the rear Dana 35 pretty quick. Well I found a Chrysler 8.25 at a wrecker from a 2000XJ with only 70,000 on it so I was pretty stoked. Brought it home and swapped rear diff's. New U joints, filled the diff with new fluid and bled the brakes. When I took it for a test drive there was a grinding noise from the pass side rear. Not very happy but I knew the gears were good when I pulled the cover before the install. It seems that the passenger side axle is bent and it is making the drum rub.

My question is should I just hit the wrecker up for a replacement axle for the bent one or look at getting another complete diff. If it has a bent axle is there other issues I should be looking for due to the bent axle? Any help would be appreciated as I was hoping to be done with this part of the project and moving on the to front floor patching.

It looks like it is bent just outside the backing plate at the outside end of the axle.

Thanks K
