Default Headlights stay ON - DRL location???

Hi Guys
My 91 Cherokee headlights will not go off.
The only way to turn them off is to yank the 40A fuse.
Any ideas???
I'm wondering if the Daytime Running Light module is toast.
Any idea where it is located on the 91 Cherokee?
Thanks Earle

My tj had this problem on the fogs coming on by themself or staying on. This is what I did try it
Your relays are near the battery in a compartment, chk them even if you have to switch one around (just make sure its got the same value as the one thats you think is faulty. Or go to Cdn Tire buy one and try it in the parking lot, so if it doesn't do anything you can bring it back and get yur money returned. If this doesn't correct the problem, it cud be the switch (b/4 doing anything on this - remove the NEG battery cable) wait 30 minutes then proceed, This is to power down the airbag. If you need to know how to get the switch out I can tell you but try the other thing first.

if your jeep has ac, the D,R,L,M is mounted under the ac lines on the right side of the fire wall.
