2001 cherokee limited blower motor keeps running

2001 cherokee limited blower motor keeps running
I have a 2001 cherokee limited and if it is wet outside...the blower motor(heater fan) keeps running after the ignition is turned off....also the flasher relay buzzes intermittently.Any ideas?
Update...problem solved....windshield had a small leak and was dripping onto the electrical connections behind the glove box causing a short.
