My Father in-law passed away leaving his 2012 Jeep Patriot. It's 13 months old. Paid 27,5000 plus tax in July of 2012. Has a scratch in the left rear bumper [rubber, not metal] Rescue Green colour and black interior. 14,500 km. 4 cylinder, CVT. If it's not sold soon it's going to a dealer. Thank you for you concern. I agree the price is right. 30% less than new for 14,500 km. I wouldn't buy new if I could get this sort of deal. I'll have to look into how the warranty is transferred.

 

After three weeks with no interest from a private buyer the vehicle went to a dealer for $15,500. The depreciation these veheicles suffer is rediculous.

 

...and the dealer will turn around and sell it for $21,000...
