Hello, I am looking to buy a project jeep. I am looking for an inexpensive CJ, YJ or TJ ($1000 or less) to build with my girlfriend. I would prefer a 4 cylinder manual but as long as the entire drive train works I'm not really picky.

I do not mind surface rust but please no rusted out frames, rust buckets or jeeps that are a mechanical disaster.

Have you tried any 4b4 stores/shops Sometimes guys bring a jeep in for some repairs and find it s either too expensive or some other reason and end up having the shop try and sell it for them. This happened with a jeep at nat4wd awhile back.. its just a thot u might be at the right place at the right time..I don't know the set up of Just Jeep (Toronto) but give them a call you have nothing to loose..
