hi, I'm new to this forum but not new to other Jeep forums. I'm not a hard-core wheeler but I am always looking for stock-friendly trail runs in the West GTA.
I live in Brampton and have a 1996 Grand Cherokee Limited with the dreaded Quadratrac tansfercase.
It's pretty stock, nothing special but well maintained. I plan on putting on a custom front bumper to add stronger tow hooks and more lighting as well as a custom rear bumper where I can place the spare tire. Other then that, I'd like to add a bit more power to the motor but don't think that it's worth putting on larger wheels since the I6 may have trouble pushing them and I'd need stronger axles.
I may go with a 2" Budget Boost lift and swap out the tires but they'd stay the same size or may 31" 's at the large end.
if you're in the West GTA and know of some trails, let me know !!!
