rebuilding a 1964 CJ5A
Hello everyone,
I haven't introduced myself yet so here I go, My name is Dany , I live in Val d'Or, Quebec, Canada. I have been restoring and rebuilding for over 25 years, started at the age of 15, I Own presently a 1985 GMC Jimmy, a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, And my Project a 1964 ****** CJ5A (Under going a Frame off restoration) I picked up this gem for only 1000$ in working condition, with extra parts ( front and rear Diff, 2 hoods, front grill, transfer case extra,) I bought this Jeep to make a great off road vehicule , after evaluation I noticed that this is the real deal, I have all the original power train, Original hurricane F head, original T90 trans, and Dana 18 Trans Transfer case, So There is no way I can hack this Jeep, So I will restore it to what someone would of inproved on in the 60 to make it better, so keep posted for updates
Thank you
Dany
