waterproofing ?

Question waterproofing ?

I am thinking on adding a snorkel to my 98 cherokee and was wondering what else I would have to waterproof so it dosent leave me in a waterhole?

You want the inside dry right? I would hope so.

There is probably a bunch of holes at the firewall and possible at all the doors. The main probably i could see is the doors , they might or might not leak. How deep you going?

I will be going in 4 to 5 feet of water about 1 foot over the hood and i dont want it to stall in the water so I was wondering if anyone has any tips and tricks on how to waterproof the engine wires and all the wiring I guess not to worried about getting my *** wet.

You would also want to watch out on the air filter under the hood , it might bring in water.

Fore the wires , i'm not sure on that. I don't think you can do much about that.

I would be more worried about rusting something.

I was told to put die electric grease in the plug wire caps and push them back on
