Tow Brackets & Winch Mount Plate

Tow Brackets & Winch Mount Plate
Apparently I have a conflict with my TJ as I want to mount a tow bar bracket and a winch mount plate and they both mount on top of the front bumper. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. We have been using a Roadmaster tow bar on our motorhome/suv combo.

my uncle had this issue on his 06 Wrangler, from what he gathered the easiest solution was getting the roadmaster hidden brackets welded onto the winch plate bracket itself... unfortunately i dont have pics, but its survived quite a few trips across Canada
