Default TJ or JK

thinking of buying a Rubicon.

Is there any good reasons to go with the JK over the TJ ?

there seems to be a few low mileage TJ Rubicon's around and I would have to pay around $10,000 more for a JK with the same mileage....

I've been mulling that same question over too.

My deterents to the JK is the engine size(s) available, Its new so if I dent, scratch, it better something I can fix easily or its gonna cost an arm and a leg.

Dunno, comes down to personal choice.

i would go with a tj because there more manuverable in the trails, very easy to work on, they last a long time and they look better. i have a 95 yj and i love it, it will turn around in any trail lots of fun.

I went out last weekend with a couple TJ and JK and the TJ seems a lot better. The JK is all made of plastic the bumpers and all side moulding. Try pushing on a JK and all you find plastic. TJ all the way.

Plus you save yourself 10K.

For the love of God, Goatee! Think!

Think! of all the mods you could do to your TJ with 10K and Think! of all the money left over for beer, babes and beaches.

Also, unless you're paying cash Think! of all the monthly payments that you'll avoid by going with a TJ.

The choice is obvious!!

Please go with the TJ, I wheel with a bunch of JK's and they are no where near as manuverable through tight sections as my TJ, plus they leave a scattered mess of plastic we are always picking up their broken plastic LOL. The V6 motors I do not trust, many a problem with those things and they aren't cheap to fix.
