Stay Away from Team Chrysler for JEEP

Re: Stay Away from Team Chrysler for JEEP
I too had a bad dealing with Team Chrysler. Bought a 2011 jeep Patriot in January 2013. Couldn't complete deal at time as I had appointment to go to. Dropped deposit and signed some papers. On invoice found out later that this was not the original invoice. Apparently because I had to leave early the papers I was given were not final. I traded in 2006 mazda 6 wagon and was quoted trade in value over close to 3600$ when first went to look at value of vehicle. Also stated on papers 2year or 60000km warranty. Well when I went to complete deal was informed that they had look closer at mazda and they were only giving me 2000$.
I refused this and eventually agreed to just over 3000$ After being made to feel like I was pulling there teeth out. I declined extended warranty because ihad 2yr/60000km warranty. Finance manager was sneaky I feel. First off said interest was 4.99 then came up with 5.99% After new papers were signed I realised there was no original warranty at all. Have tried to contact several times to make sure I have no warranty but never received response. After 5 months given up. But they did call me for service.

Re: Stay Away from Team Chrysler for JEEP
I had an extremely terrible experience in September and will never ever shop there or recommend them to anyone.
reasons....
- looking at a used 2012 truck with 20K
- salesman would not haggle on the price...but said there was wiggle room on the phone when I called before heading out from out of town ....(and FYI I bought the EXACT same truck but 2014 brand new (I ordered it) for only $3,000 more)
- offered $9500 on a 2010 equinox with 50K and not a mark on it when the other dealers offered $12-13,000
- did the old back and forth between the sales manager.....and salesman pretended to be on "my side".....a tactic that has been outdated for a long time.
- told the salesman I had issues with my back and was going for surgery in two weeks but they seemed in no rush and I was stuck there for two hours in a chair.
- had my kids with me and my little guy (who's only 1 1/2 years old) was at his limit was crying and sobbing so I decided to leave when a deal couldn't be met.
- Sales manager cornered me and tried to make a deal with my screaming son in my arms who I had difficulty holding due to my back issues....like your kidding me right???
- next day salesman called me to reduce the price... what gives, couldn't work it out with me when I was there for two hours????
- oh and one last thing...may wife noticed how the drivers beat on the customers cars in and out of the shop....
- went to another dealership...no bs....got 12,500 for my trade in and a way lower price than anyone else in the GTA without haggling the crap out of the deal
