I just bought an 89 yj. It's got a choke and will stall sometimes if im not all over the choke. Also it runs and will chug sometimes in idle i can hear it in the exhaust kind of like a light popping noise every so often. any have an idea what it could be how i could fix it? Thanks a bunch.

 

maybe its too rich , might need to be leaned out ?
