Obviously, store them somewhere dry. You can buy silica to store them with, which will absorb any moisture, and thus prevent rust.
I don't know if you can get a special rack to store them on - but I reckon you could probably make one yourself if you are ok with carpentry/woodwork.

Not sure of cost, or if they're even worth buying. But quadra-tec has a set up for storing your doors out of the way. You should checkout their catolg, they have alot of useful storage stuff if you're lucky enough to even own a garage:D
