Canada Cheap Mirror

I was looking for a cheap mirror to run when my doors are off..... didn't want to have something that cost a lot and would walk away by it's self.
I found a little bicycle mirror at Canadian Tire for $4.99 and I had that much in Canadian Tire Money..... so yeah FREE.
Fits nice in the door pin hole.......

Well I picked it up, the stem doesn't go all the way through the door hinge so I can't bolt the bottom. Problem with this is it swings.
At home I am gonna see if I can rig something so it won't move.

I am sure that at $5 there is a lot of differances in workmanship..... is it that the thread isn't long enough? or the stem won't fit all the way through the hinge?

What happens at 60 mph down the road does the arm bend? I have a set of large mirrors for when ur towing a trailer, these mount unto the side of ur vehicle. Anyone want them (u can probably modify them to fit) i sell them both for $25. (Montreal area)
