Bent Tie Rod, Or Drag Link?????!!! :0
Hey i was jw if the tie rod is supposed to have a bent section in it (there are rub marks on the track bar). or if the drank link is supposed to be bent in between the tie rod end and steering knuckle? this being my first jeep i havent seen the underside of very many other jeeps. pics maybe?

well what is the make and model of your jeep... if its a 98GC (going by your GC in your name, and 98 in your forum name) i have one aswell...
the tie rod shouldn't be bent, it attaches to the drag link which does bend back towards the right tie rod.
and i have no rubbing what so ever on my track bar... only thing i could see that may rub on it would be the pan's dust shield, which i removed a looong time ago... but even then shouldn't cause any damage...
if i get my jeep on the hoist tomorrow (to install my new exhaust) i'll post up some pictures of the front end so you have something to compare to.
