Default 04 RUBICON Locker problem

I just had the front gears replaced in my 04 Rubicon, and now it feels like it is always locked up. Also when I hit the front locker button it will not show that it locks the front diff. Has anyone else heard of this? I will get the dealer to look at it, but I thought I would throw it out there.

I smacked a rock really hard puncturing my diff cover and filled it with muddy water. Mud and water make poor lubrication and wrecked pretty much everything except the housing.

The problem was that the sensor to turn on the "front locked" indicator was pushed in against the locker ring and was trying to lock up the locker. The sensor has to go in first and then the carrier to get the sensor on the inside of the locker ring. couple hour fix...but now we know.:)
