:well i have 2008 4 dr. jk about to install 2.5 in. suspention lift shock & coil's a little concered about coils install anyone have any tips or info. would be appreciated.

Keep a couple ratchet straps handy. If you have trouble getting the springs in you can compress them with the ratcket straps. When you reconnect the trackbars you may need the ratchet strap to cinch the diffs over to get the bolt in..
