A little friendly advise:
If your selling a item make sure its by certified cheque/bank draft or cash.. don't deal in personnel cheques. When buying deal in the same way, make sure the item you are buying is clear of any leans (for example in Quebec there is a website https://www.rdprm.gouv.qc.ca) Here the prospective buyer can check the registration to see if it is clear for a very low price around $5-$10. which is well worth it. Other provinces might have something the same if not make sure you know what and who your dealing with.
There are spammers on the internet so Please be careful
