My 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk has 25,000 km and this is the second time the a/c has failed. The same problem occurred last summer and the Jeep dealer fixed it. Now it's gone again and the dealer said it's not covered even though it's the same problem. I called Chrysler Customer Care and they refuse to do anything until I pay for an exact diagnosis....and it has to be at a dealer, not a certified mechanic. Living in a rural area can create challenges when it comes to warranty repair and the company expects you to take a day off work and drive 2 hours away to the closest dealer. This is my 3rd Jeep and I've never had an issue like this before. I think that if a car only has 25,000 km and is experiencing the same problem twice within a 12 month period the company should just admit that it's a faulty component and replace it at their expense.

I used to ask Martin when I got stuck for a reply to members on here, but since his stroke he is unable
to move around or talk properly. I go visit him at the Gov Hospital and he's always happy to see me.
So now I am stuck on a question from a member here. I use the Haynes manual's for some answers
but this one I cannot, even my 89 xj wasn't so equipped with an a/c unit. Here's the mans question any
light you can give would be appreciated.
I will send u his question in the next pm as i cannot send such a long one at one time

Nice pics, thats the project I am looking into now axle change or gearing to at least 3.73, wud like 4.10 but hard to find at a reasonable price. I heard of fellows doing that trail, but I haven't..It looked alot like where we used to go off hy 30 and 104 but is now closed with blocks and used mostly by atv's. Your close to where I am (also on the south shore). I belong to a club in Pt Claire (see "Offroading in Quebec Province") We do allot in Chertsey and sometimes into Weir (near Morin Hts)
