Default jeep question

i have a yj and right now i have 30.5 10.5 tires on it .no lift well i got a great price on a set of cooper st but they are 31 10.5 15 now it looks like it will be ok in the front but in the back it could hit the flare can i just add a longer shackle in the rear to lift it just a tiny bit to fit the tire better .. it is a small amount to clear it .. just want to do this for the winter then i will lift 4 inches .. thanks

even if they rub just a bit it doesnt really matter if your putting a 4'' lift in it because your probably going to run 33s and need new flares anyway, but im sure it will be fine

It won't be an issue to be worried about.
It will not damage your fenders.
