I posted this in the TJ thread but they said it's a YJ. I am new to Jeeps in general but not new to trucks.. I drive a GMC canyon and I sometimes go offroad in it

I have limited technical knowledge and want to gain more.

I am looking to buy a Jeep in the next week. Right now I am looking at this one:

1993 Jeep TJ SUV - Sudbury Cars For Sale - Kijiji Sudbury Canada.

I want to know, what should I look for when I go to inspect it? What are problem areas? I've never bought a used vehicle before in my life so I am a complete newb, but this deal seems great and I am really tempted! Give me your advice guys!

Is there any threads with common issues or problems?
