Lift Questions

My Brother just got a 91 YJ
Looking at doing a 2.5" or 4" Lift, full spring packs.
Will he need ot do any Mods to the drive shaft or stearing ?

spacer for the skid trans
longer brake line
and pitman arm
track bar extension
shimm for diff
longer sway bar link

and for the 2.5 not sure
