leaf shackles binding

I have a 92 jeep wrangler.I just had a polyurathane master bushing kit(body mounts, uppers lowers inner outers, shackels front and back bushings)installed. My shackles front and back seem to be not working properly, more the back ones then the front ones. They seem to be seazed up???? should i have also installed new shackles too??cause someone said that the aftermarket bushings that were installed are to tight and it sounds like they a squessed and not working cuase the metal pin the bolt goes thru is too short and the bushings are being to squeesed to tight not allowing the bolt to do its job or i need aftermarket shackles cause of the stock shackles aint designed for aftermarket bushings.

the bushings should only be tightened when the weight is on the ground. the inteference is normal. If you loosen the nut and retighten it on the ground. The shackels will move when they need to. Sometimes its not alot .As the spring lengthens and retracts it WILL move the shackles when a shop puts them on they will usually tighten them up on the hoist this is wrong! they must be tightened on the ground. This is all true except if you got the wrong kit or the bushing wasnt fully inserted in the tube. The poly bushings require lube to function too, it goes between the steel sleeve and the bushing, but adding antiseize on the bolt will help with future maintenance
