jeep yj radiator
 

I just picked up yj and noticed that the rad is not too happy, as in, near the top, the air fins(about an inch or two from the top) are really fragile to the touch. and im wondering if its worth it to buy a new one right now or just wait, the rad doesnt seem to leak and it also seems to work but im debating on buying a new rad, probably not too soon but in the spring. any suggestions or knowledge as to what i should or can do?

Its not a rush to buy a new one,
but do get one in the spring,
once it gets warm out you might get some problems

first try to replace the fins and check the performance of radiator there is no need to replace overall radiator..................:):):)

I'd leave it till you can work on it comfortably in the warm weather.
