diff question

does anyone know if front and rear diffs out of a cherokee will fit right into my 1994
4.0L 5spd YJ? basically i want to regear from the factory 307 gears to around
373 or so as cheaply as possible and old cherokees in rough shape seem to
be cheap

As long as the XJ is running D30HP front and D35 C-clip rear... carriers will swap over no problem.
Other wise no.
