Canada Buying my first Jeep

I have found what looks like a good condition 2004 YJ < 70,000 km's,
base model with the Columbia package.
All I can see wrong is a oil drip on the very bottom of the transmission.
Anybody know if there is anything I should look for or is the oil leak a major concern?

Thanks for any info

Did you buy it already? Rear seals are known to go but it could just be residual oil from the valve cover or something as silly as sloppy filling. I personally wouldn't worry unless there's a steady flow.
