Default 94 clutch reservoir

Hi, new to the forum. Had my YJ for about 8 years. Never change my own oil, not much of a mechanic. Killed my battery and as I was hooking up the charger, I noticed the clutch reservoir for the first time. Opened the lid, and there was next to no fluid in it.

Checked my (oh joy) Haynes manual and it said it was supposed to be clear plastic with the min and max levels marked on it.

Actually, it's black plastic and there's no markings. So How much do I fill it?

And god forbid I'll have to bleed it....

Thanks, hope somebody can help me out. The clutch has always been stiff. Likely been low for years....
