I just bought a 1992 YJ Renegade. The rear end is toast. Im reletavely new to these and was curious about identifying which rear end it actually has. Have aslo considered putting something a little tougher in there. Any sites where I can best learn all this?

There's two rear ends, Dana35 and Dana35C. If you look at the rear end ( I can't remember where exactly) there's a casting of either designation. Most of these units were 35C's with 3.07 gears. Some had 3.55's and 4cylinder models usually had 4.11's
