I also found this brand; Hella E-Code
        http://www.quadratec.com/products/97052_9001.htm

I was thinking of just picking up one of the upgrade kits which eliminates the sealed beam and then using a Sylvania Silverstar Halogen with upgraded wires direct from the battery (using relays and fuses of coarse).

I did this upgrade with the suzuki kick and wow totally 100% improvement.

I was hoping to just put a better bulb in my 08. But with that silly cone in front of it i don't know how good it will do, to just change the bulb. I checked into l.e.d. Versus hid lighting system comparison..............online of course. It looks like l.e.d. Might be the most cost effective. After you take away your capital cost of buying either one you would still have to buy replacement bulbs for the hid system. From what i saw it could be upwards of 10 times before the degradation of the l.e.d. Lights would force you to replace them.

I have done the hella conversion. Then used upgraded blubs to replace the ones supplied in the kit. Great investment. Once the headlight conversion is done; it will allow you to upgrade to LED also. Any questions I can get you part numbers and suppliers.

              2 Attachment(s)
I took out my original seald beams and my mecanic in San Jose gave me the advise, ordered and installed some AUTOPAL headlights, with Flösser H4 blau (blue) 145/100 W bulbs, because I´m not very good in electric.
For the much stronger H4 bulbs he installed a new wiring harness with a relay for each lamp and new ceramic conectors for the bulbs, because the original ones would melt.
The light is incredible and since the upgrade I only sometimes (heavy rain in the night) need the foglights. before it was impossible to drive on Costa Rican roads in the night without them.

I have to say that I was used to drive with Hella headlights the last 20 jears, because I bougt my first Jeep when I still lived in Germany and the sh..ty seald beams are not street legal in Europe.
