Angry Electrical Gremlins

I encountered a very strange problem, I am not really sure what is going on! I went to start my TJ last night and it just died, it made half of a normal speed turnover and that was it! Today I checked the battery (12.5V) and all fuses and relays ( all seem fine )! I was begining to think it was the ignition and I was just about to hot wire it when I realized that my headlights and dome light will not turn on either, and those are not directly related to the ignition. All grounds seem O.K.. I do know that dodge had very crappy wiring harnesses and that this is the major downfall of TJ's. I am just hopeing that someone has encountered this before and can save me a lot of grief! Also when the key is in the on or acc position there is no power to any accessories.
