Default Leaks on a 98 TJ

Hello folks,

I have noticed two leaks on my TJ. Looks like pee in the snow but it is not unfortunately...

Since I donīt know a lot about cars I need a little help here. Can somebody tell me what I can expect when I bring it into a garage to get the leaks fixed? I donīt have power tools yet so I woukd have to bring it in. I captured the leak sources in the two pictures.

Thanks in advance!

can't tell too much from the pictures but my best guess would be a leak in the radiator on the motor side, probably under the cowl where it cannot be seen, or it could be a hose.
