worm guts smell out of my rear deck carpet ?
 

I should have probably posted this to rec.martha.stewart or something but..

step son left his worm box with a crack in it in the rear.. i opened the
hatch and found two worms..

Yesterday I smelled "rotten shoes".. last night, I found a dead, rotted
worm under the mat..<ugh> well I have the deck cleaned but I had to remove
the back seat to get to the carpet.

what would you guys use to clean dead worm stink from my carpet ?

or , just buy another carpet from Quad. ?

take carpet out of Jeep
clean jeep well
scrub carpet with soap and water
let dry
sprinkle on baking soda and let sit for about 20 minutes or more
vaccuum
spray with febreeze
put carpet back in jeep (although why you would want it I dont know <g>)

take carpet out of Jeep
clean jeep well
scrub carpet with soap and water
let dry
sprinkle on baking soda and let sit for about 20 minutes or more

"spray with febreeze"
that crap STINKS... used it to get the stench out of my car... I'll take
the old stench over the febreeze... took weeks to disipate.
