WOOHOO!! and rant...OT
Eight inches of snow today! YAY!
However, all the driving around in my Super Duty in 4wd and I notices one (or both) of the stupid autolocking hubs doesn't want to lock. Fortunately I could manually lock them. This is the last truck I get with a damn 4wd switch instead of a lever on the floor. What gives me the red-a$$ is it was just at the dealer because the driver's side hub wouldn't UNLOCK. I'll never take it to Hines Park Ford again, by my experience there over the past 18 months, their service department's motto should be "We might fix it the second time..." I would have driven the TJ but I needed to haul some shelving units today... * * * Matt Macchiarolo www.townpeddler.com www.wolverine4wd.org http://wolverine4wd.org/rigs/macchiarolo_ml.html |

The problem is probably not the tech, but the make of the vehicle. The Tech
is probably not allowed to replace the Ford parts with Warn. -- Paul Calman, Hathaway Pines, California |
