A CJ-7 hard top is about 5' wide and 6.5' long... now you tell us. Worse
case you could flip it over, and have one top edge down in the bed assuming you are not going far. -- JimG 80' CJ-7 258 CID 35" BFG MT on 15x10 Centerlines D44 Rear, Dana 30 Front. I wouldn't chance it. The Japanese truckette will quit, and someone
will probably steal the top from it unattended. God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O mailto:-------------------- http://www.----------.com/ serg wrote: > > thinking about buying a hard top and wanted to know if it's > transportable using a normal pickup truck. thanks for any advice! |

I did that very thing with my 03 Nissan Frontier longbed. I drove it
from Dallas to Oklahoma City without problems. Used tiedown straps, blankets and rope. serg wrote: > thinking about buying a hard top and wanted to know if it's > transportable using a normal pickup truck. thanks for any advice! -- __________________________________________________ _________ tw 03 TJ Rubicon 01 XJ Sport There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness." -- Dave Barry Pronunciation: 'jEp Function: noun Date: 1940 Etymology: probably from g. p.
