Who makes custom oil pans?

Does anyone know who makes custom oil pans and/or how much tooling is
needed to make the block mating flange part for a stamped steel pan?
(The rest of it obviously is stuff any bike tank maker or EAA'er can
do-oxy/acy welded mild steel.

Re: Who makes custom oil pans?

Have you looked for a similar type of engine, back far enough to
where they used steel? Then cut it in half and reverse it, if you need
the sump at the other end.

If the engine you're working on is worth a sh*t, a pan will be sold
at:
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...l+pan&x=10&y=6
Narrow the search.
