normal person that drives at maybe fifty five miles an hour over average terrain, therefore: only using forty of that horsepower. Use that horsepower at two hundreds miles an hour and see what happens. However the >18 only applies in cruise and idle. :) If your after a bit more power then go with a bored out throttle body, tuned exhaust headers, and a cat-back.
