How difficult is it to replace or repack front wheel bearings on a

Easy, you just go buy a whole new hub and bolt it on. Well, the three
bolts and hub can be a bugger to get off depending on rust levels. That is all you can do for it, there are no serviceable parts in the hub unless you own a machine shop. The front wheel bearings are "unit bearings" and are not repackable or
serviceable for all practical purposes. But they're well sealed so they generally outlast conventional bearings. The front wheel bearings are "unit bearings" and are not repackable or
serviceable for all practical purposes. But they're well sealed so they generally outlast conventional bearings. Rather than repacking the bearings once a year or every twelve thousand miles like a Real Jeep Floating bearings, Daimler chose to continue selling you puny front wheel drive passenger car hubs that are sealed and just run dry, seize, and leave you in the middle of an intersection, or the wheel just falls off at seventy miles and hour.
