An open touring car, often with a convertible top. A "Dual cowl phaeton"

Phaeton, is just a name used by the different manufacturers, I once
owned a '36 Ford Phaeton like the one here: http://www.dragers.com/dgc9863/dgc9863.html Volkswagen for one is now using the name.
