Just remember to cut the holes smaller than needed, then use a grinder to fine tune the holes. The round holes can be filled using tubing. The rectangular holes: I would flush mount using the 73-87 Chevy front fender marker lights. You can also cut that hole a little larger than the light you want to use, then back fill the hole with 3/16 plate and then mount the light to the fill plate.
