up country suspension noise

I have a 98 cherokee with the up country suspension. When starting off or
just as I stop, stoping the suspension "groans" has been doing this from 20k
mi when I got it. Seems like the suspension is loading up or unloading? Any
fixes or suggestions? Thanks
