Since when were there any Unlimited Rubis, let alone a manual Unlimited? I
was last at the dealer 2 weeks ago, they want to sell me an Unlimited
BAD...have for months...guy calls me twice a month...but I won't get an
automatic...

FWIW, I went by our local Jeep dealer today, he had 4 Unlimited Rubis, one
with manual trans. Looked pretty good, a little ungainly. They look GREAT
with a 4.5 - 6" lift & 35's. First Unlimited I've seen with a manual.
(Frankly, you're better off with the auto if you plan any crawling.)

I remember that conversation, maybe not with you but with somebody. The
topic was that that the Unlimited would only get the automatic.

The following link shows that the 6-spd manual is the Standard transmission,
and the automatic is Optional.
