under engine cover?
 
On my 96 Cherokee, there a stock rubber mat which covers the bottom of the
engine (somewhat) from water.
What is it called and where can I get a replacement? Pieces have been torn
off over the years.

It is usually called a skirt. The wrecker is likely the only source.

It is usually called a skirt. The wrecker is likely the only source.
