Why when I let off the gas or depress the clutch does it stop. That
wouldn't be unbalanced tires or front end probs wpuld it?

sound and about 1/16 play. I think its toast. Thanks for the help!

1/16" in the U-joint itself or in the whole shaft? Some play is normal in
the whole shaft for the pinion gear and ring gear to mesh, as well as the
shaft in the t-case. Any play in the U-joints is unacceptable.
