Two 1994 Grand Cherokee problems, Please Help
Has anyone here had a problem with a sagging drivers door? I can move
mine up and down about 1/2in Do i need new hinges or just the pins, and is this something i should have the dealer fix. The other problem is my shifter, when it's in park sometimes the motor won't start, but if i move it back and forth, (there is about a 1/2in of movement in the shfter when in park) the motor will start up fine. I was thinking it might be the neutral safety switch, but i just picked up a haines manual and it shows a adjustment for the shifter. Anyone ever had to fix this? Thanks |

Both should be simple fixes. If your not sure how take it to a shop. The hing
pin being the possibly harder of the two. Bring the transmission problem to the dealer, they should be familiar with
replacing the housing which causes this problem. |

check the a pillar for cracks and the floor shifter just might be a recall
issue call your local dealer randy1128@webtv.net wrote: > Has anyone here had a problem with a sagging drivers door?
