Two 1994 Grand Cherokee problems, Please Help

Has anyone here had a problem with a sagging drivers door? I can move
mine up and down about 1/2in
Do i need new hinges or just the pins, and is this something i should
have the dealer fix.
The other problem is my shifter, when it's in park sometimes the motor
won't start, but if i move it back and forth, (there is about a 1/2in of
movement in the shfter when in park) the motor will start up fine.
I was thinking it might be the neutral safety switch, but i just picked
up a haines manual and it shows a adjustment for the shifter. Anyone
ever had to fix this?
Thanks

Both should be simple fixes. If your not sure how take it to a shop. The hing
pin being the possibly harder of the two.

Bring the transmission problem to the dealer, they should be familiar with
replacing the housing which causes this problem.

check the a pillar for cracks and the floor shifter just might be a recall
issue call your local dealer
