TJ tach inop when starting?
 

Several times in the past couple days when startng my 98 TJ the Tachometer
caution lite, Airbag lite and guages are not working. Seems like a loose
connection since they generally do start working after a couple miles of
driving. I had a Cherokee with the same problem a couple years ago, it
turned out to be a loose wire plug at the back of the dash cluster.

Anyone had this problem on the TJ?

Same on my 98 TJ...didn't wiggle loose though, I just didn't reattach
the cluster right the first time....
