Tailgate chains?

Anyone have a source for tailgate chains for my CJ-5? This would be the
early-style outside chains, not the later CJ-7 cables. I can't find any
online (lots of ads for _covers_ though).

I'm guessing that it is an early GM Stepside part, but the local boneyards
are empty.
