sunroof shade - sliding back/forth
hi -
The fabric sunroof shade slides back and forth as we stop & accelerate. The fabric is smooth & slippery along the metal rails, and it just slides open & closed as we stop & start - Any suggestions as to what to put on the rails to create some permanent (but not damaging) friction... |

You might be able to smoosh the rail a bit or there might be a couple of screws that allow for adjustment. I can't think of anything you can put on fabric that will both make it less sticky and not damage or stain it. -- DougW |
