Subwoofer For 97 TJ????
Hey folks. Anyone got any idea's for a nice sounding subwoofer that I can
install in my TJ? I recently installed some 5 1/4 inch 3-way speakers in my dash with some cool adapters I got off of eBay and now I'm ready for some low end. I've seen a few things at www.quadratec.com but I was wondering if you guys had any ideas. I really like the looks of the POD thing for YJ's that goes between the front seats and has a rear firing sub. How does the newer factory subwoofer sound that goes in the center console? I've seen a few popping up on eBay lately and I need a new center console anyway. Thanks in advance and thanks again to all of you that helped me figure out my driveshaft situation. ;-) Brian Tanksley |

Those factory subwoofer-consoles are showing up on ebay because they're
junk! (I should know. I've got one!) "Briantanksley" <briantanksley@aol.com> wrote in message news:20040719091959.02800.00000165@mb-m04.aol.com... > Hey folks. Re: Subwoofer For 97 TJ????
I have 2 10" subs in a box that fits behind the back seat ( between
the seat and the tailgate). The box is wedge shaped and fits quite nice with the slope of the seat, I just went to a local stereo place and took a few outside until I found one that fit properly. Check out this box which is similar to the one I have. http://www.soundoffaudio.com/item.cfm/id/1175 Here is another that looks more like the one I have. http://www.electronixwarehouse.com/c...ual-angled.htm On 19 Jul 2004 13:19:59 GMT, briantanksley@aol.com (Briantanksley) wrote: >Hey folks.
